Terms and Conditions Policy for Maui Mobile Detailing Services

Welcome to Maui Mobile Detailing Services Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they outline the legal agreement between you and our company. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

Maui Mobile Detailing Services offers professional car detailing services for vehicles of all types. Our services include but are not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, and detailing. We also offer customized packages to suit your specific needs.

Booking and Payment

​

To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and the services you require. Payment must be made once services have been rendered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of bad weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

Liability

​

While we take all reasonable care in the provision of our services, Maui Mobile Detailing Services will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during or because of our services. You acknowledge that any damage or loss caused to your vehicle during the provision of our services is the responsibility of your insurance provider. As an additional clause to our terms and conditions policy, Maui Mobile Detailing Services will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint damage, that may occur to your vehicle during the provision of our services. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage from occurring, but ultimately, the condition and age of your vehicle, as well as any pre-existing damage, may affect the outcome of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in good condition and free of any pre-existing damage before the provision of our services. Any damage that occurs during our services will be the responsibility of your insurance provider. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this additional clause to our terms and conditions policy.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our services, which covers any defects in the workmanship of our services for a period of seven days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by any external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, misuse, or neglect.

Privacy

​

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide our services to you. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
